About The Position

We are hiring a Boston-based HR & Talent Acquisition Partner to support and grow our North America team.

As an HR & Talent Acquisition Partner, you will combine HR partnership with a focus on talent acquisition, ensuring that we attract, onboard, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

This position requires a deep comprehension of our business and organization, integrating seamlessly into the NAM team, and collaborating closely with the IL HR team. You’ll be expected to own and be dedicated to your area of responsibility, act as an ambassador of the company and achieve results in a dynamic work environment.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maturing the company’s culture. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR

  • Be the HR focal point for the NAM employees, managers and leadership
  • Focus on onboarding, engaging, and developing our workforce, implementing cross-organizational HR processes to support high performance, development, and growth
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects, covering areas such as engagement, performance management, talent management, and change management
  • Build relationships with the business, understand the holistic needs of the business and establish rapport as a trusted human resources partner
  • Be knowledgeable and advise managers on employee relations matters, including consideration of relevant employment laws 

Talent Acquisition

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions – R&D, Product, Customer Success, etc.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • Conduct decision rounds HR/behavioral interviews and be a strong voice regarding hiring
  • Build a strong hiring manager partnership 
  • Be a professional focal point for consulting and learning recruitment skills
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, HR, and company leadership
  • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and the recruiting process
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Talent acquisition specialist, managing a full life-cycle recruiting processes
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in an HR role including: employee relations, leading action plans to drive engagement, onboarding and off-boarding
  • 6+ years in the tech industry, at least 3 years in a technology-focused start-up company, with direct experience filling roles across all organizational units
  • Strong consulting, coaching, communication and influencing skills that will position you as a trusted HR & Talent acquisition partner
  • Experience in conducting in-depth HR/behavioral in-person interviews
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with agencies and candidates
  • Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Comeet) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative
  • Working minimum 3 days a week in our office; our office is located in Dedham, MA
  • Employment authorization in the US is required (no visa sponsorship)
  • Optional periodic travel to our office in Tel Aviv

  • Experience working with Financial markets is a big plus.
