This role encompasses establishing and enhancing the messaging and positioning, crafting Go-To-Market strategies, creating compelling marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, participating in dynamic events, leading thought leadership initiatives, and ensuring a robust digital presence. If you have a successful track record in driving product marketing efforts for early-stage startups and possess expertise in messaging and positioning processes, brand building and thought leadership programs, we want to hear from you. As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our Digital Health Foundry leadership team and our portfolio companies on strategic marketing initiatives, content and collaterals creation and messaging to support portfolio company founders and to strengthen our global community, the Team8 “Village,” which is comprised of enterprise c-level executives and esteemed thought leaders in technology and academia.

The target audiences for Team8’s marketing activities include: 

(1) Entrepreneurs and the Startup ecosystem: position Team8 as the ideal partner for top-notch founders, and the venture group of choice for startups seeking investments (2) C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and even CEO and Board Members) in 2000 global enterprises: support marketing initiatives and that cater to prospective customers and design partners for our portfolio companies(3) Israeli R&D talent, potential employees for Team8 portfolio companies: develop compelling marketing activities that will attract the right candidates to our family  

Responsibilities

  • Support both Team8 and its portfolio companies’ marketing goals.
  • Craft and edit various collaterals, content, and branding assets for both team8 and its portfolio companies in the Digital health domain, including sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, diverse presentations, brochures, slanding pages, ebooks, infographics, white papers, blog posts, press releases, social media commentary, email campaigns, event invitations and speaking applications, and webinars.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio companies’ positioning & messaging from inception to later stages. 
  • Strategize and execute a company launch plan for portfolio companies, encompassing diverse marketing activities, from PR announcements through digital and social campaigns to content thought leadership support and more.
  • Plan and organize events to brand and position Team8 Health and its companies.
  • Create and execute PR strategy for Team8 Health and its portfolio companies. 
  • Prepare and submit high-profile external speaking engagements and press releases, as well as initiate interviews and prepare Team8 partners and employees for media opportunities.
  • Initiate content and thought leadership articles for top-tier media in collaboration with Team8 partners, our research group, portfolio companies, and villagers in our network. 
  • Contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, developing inbound organic traffic, and more.
  • Contribute original thinking to content by researching trends, insights, and developments in Digital health and the impact of new technology on the enterprise.
  • Use various analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Marketing Manager in a global B2B high-tech, start-up company, from which at least 2 years of experience in product marketing – a must. 
  • Domain expertise in Digital Health – a must.
  • Proven track record in creating collaterals and sales enablement – A must.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment.
  • Native English and Hebrew Speaker / Mother-tongue Level, both verbal and written – a must
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills and passion for copy-editing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with content management tools and experience in generating digital content, coupled with channel-specific expertise (blog, website, social media, content-sharing communities).
  • Proven success in building thought leadership programs.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player; quick learner; detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content.
  • Online marketing skills: Google, FB, Twitter, etc
  • Experience in managing budgets.
