About The Position

We are an exciting, stealth Enterprise software startup that has recently secured significant seed funding from Team8, a leading venture capital firm in the space!

We are on a mission to revolutionize the way IAM is consumed and we are looking for brilliant, curious, creative, and team player individuals to join our dynamic team and help us build out our cutting-edge technology.

As our first Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product and will be in charge of all of our system design, website, and communications design, working closely with the product and R&D teams.

We are looking for someone creative, talented, and ambitious who can connect factors and make things happen. Managing, planning, and creative thinking qualities, and most importantly a team player!

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with the Product and Frontend teams to design and improve the user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Participate in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.
• Create a unique design language
• Research and analyze the customer’s behavior and feedback and translate product strategy into a correct user flow
• Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints

Requirements:

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX design.
• 2+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B applications or Security products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience working with Figma as well as building advanced Figma prototypes
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
• English – high proficiency
