We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support several key executives (based in IL & US) at FundGuard. This is a full-time role requiring a five-day workweek at our Tel Aviv office, with occasional opportunities for a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
●Manage executives’ schedules, prioritize and coordinate meetings
●Book travel arrangements and organize schedules
●Coordinate leadership off-sites and other meetings as necessary
●Track progress, document meetings, follow up on initiatives, and prepare summary reports with action items
●Exercise discretion, good judgment, and composure under occasional pressure
●Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
●Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a startup environment
●Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and initiative
●Comfortable working with executives and handling sensitive information with tact and discretion
●Ability to create order out of chaos; hyper-organized yet flexible
●Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a can-do attitude
●Support day-to-day operations within the office
●Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
●Bachelor’s degree is preferred
