About The Position

Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular connectivity provider, implementing secure IoT connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry and enterprise companies.

As an sales manager, you’ll be responsible for closing new business. This includes outbound prospecting and nurturing sales leads from first contact all the way through first revenue. This role reports to the Sales VP and will work closely with our business development, customer success, and marketing teams.

Your role will include:

  • Become an expert on our market and diverse customer base
  • Learn our sales process and navigate complex deals
  • Generate new leads by outbound prospecting
  • Close business
  • Help to support a rapidly growing organization with product or process improvements
  • Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills
  • 2+ years in a closing role
  • Inbound and outbound sales
  • Working with lead management platforms
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Openness to focusing on outbound activities while you learn the business and ramp into the role.
  • Passion for determining what your customers need and ensuring Monogoto delivers phenomenal experiences at every touchpoint.
  • The ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific plans, working through obstacles, and making good decisions along the way.
  • A talent for moving fast, both when a customer has an immediate need, and on solving bigger problems in a timely manner.
