Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Head of DevOps to lead and expand our DevOps engineering team. This role involves driving the enhancement and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure, improving automation processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our services. As the Head of DevOps, you will be critical in shaping the DevOps culture, guiding technical strategies, and mentoring a growing team. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Head of DevOps who is eager to continue growing in this leadership role.

Requirements:

• Lead the development and maintenance of an automated, fault-tolerant cloud environment utilizing AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Oversee the monitoring and analysis of infrastructure performance, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues.
• Maintain and enforce security standards across all cloud services and infrastructure.
• Drive innovation in DevOps practices, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability.
