Roy Heldshtein is a Managing Partner at Team8, as well as its COO and CFO.

He is responsible for Team8’s Platform, an essential part of our unique venture fund model that means our team work to develop, sell, hire for, and expand our portfolio companies’ businesses, driving their success.

Before joining Team8, Roy was VP of Finance at Check Point. As a member of the executive team, he led the business analytics, international accounting, treasury, purchasing, employee services, and sales administration divisions. He also worked as a Strategy Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Roy holds an MBA focused on Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Economics and Business from Tel Aviv University.
