Nufar is Team8’s Director of Operations. Her mission is to support the growth of Team8 by implementing working models and adoption of new tools. She focuses on real estate, operations, community and welfare, that’s in order to empower the cross functional teams.
Prior to joining Team8, Nufar worked at WeWork as a Community Manager, managing two buildings. During that time, she was responsible for teams of operations, sales, customer success and marketing. She had the chance to meet and work with a lot of startups and entrepreneurs and established different processes for efficient building management. Previously, she worked as a Business Development Manager at Ahlon Holdings Ltd. and prior to that, she worked at Meaningful as a Partnerships and Operations Manager.
Nufar holds a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies from the Hebrew University and an Ma in Government & Public Policy from Raichman University (IDC).
