Noga is Director of Strategy and Business Research, focused on supporting the Team8 Fintech foundry and portfolio companies. Before joining Team8, Noga worked as a High-Tech Business Development Manager at EY Israel. She worked closely with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and EY senior leadership to identify and execute market opportunities. Prior to that, Noga was an Associate at EY’s Fintech and Blockchain Team and a Senior Management Consultant. Before joining EY, Noga worked at the Banking and Finance Practice of Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co., a leading Israeli law firm, as an Articled Clerk. Noga began her career as the Business Development and Operations Lead at GNA Medical, a healthcare startup for genetic testing backed by Madanes Insurance, the largest insurance broker in Israel. Noga holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting and an LL.B. in Law, both from IDC Herzliya. She is a Certified Attorney in Israel and a Certified Public Accountant.
