Noa is a strategy and business operations manager at Team8 Enterprise, leading core efforts from ideation to company building in cybersecurity, data infrastructure and AI.
Prior to Team8, Noa was a strategy consultant at Strategy& by PwC, where she became the youngest manager in the local office’s history. As a consultant, Noa led dozens of strategy projects for leading companies and co-authored PwC’s M&A guide for technology startups, which she presented on stage to over 100 CEOs. Alongside her private sector work, Noa served as a pro-bono economic consultant for the MoH and MoEI; her findings shaped Israel’s long-term care policy and were published on TheMarker’s front page.
Noa began her career as the Head of Intelligence Analytics Department in Unit 8200, and holds a BA. She holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics cum-laude from Tel-Aviv University, where she studied on a full merit-based scholarship (as a Lautman Scholar). Noa received the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship and is headed to Oxford to complete a dual master’s degree in Public Policy and Data Science.
