Yeoh Keat Chuan (KC) is Managing Director, Enterprise Development Group at Temasek International. He joined Temasek in October 2017. KC oversees a number of initiatives related to building enterprises in areas such as cybersecurity and agbiosciences. He is concurrently interim CEO of Ensign Infosecurity, the leading pure play cybersecurity company in Singapore.
KC was previously Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He has held senior level positions in the EDB since 2005, overseeing initiatives in divisions including the Americas, Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Cluster. KC spent 9 years based in the USA (San Francisco, New York and Washington DC) during his time with the EDB.
KC is a Glaxo-EDB scholar who graduated with a Masters of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, University of London. He attended Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Masters in Management Science programme and graduated as a Sloan Fellow in July 2004.
He is a Board member of Ensign Infosecurity, EDBI, Team8, Sygnia and Claroty.
