Gil is a Business Operations Manager at Team8 Fintech.
Before joining Team8, Gil worked as a Product Analyst at a startup developing an AI-based product that helps businesses create high-quality video content. In her role, she was responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve the performance and profitability of the product.
Before that, Gil worked as a Project Manager at Ben-Gurion University’s Student Union, leading new and innovative projects from a-z; as an Investment Analyst at Cactus Capital, Ben-Gurion University’s venture capital firm where she was responsible for market research, early-stage startup valuation, and 1:1 counseling for entrepreneurs; and as a Technological Operations Analyst at a business intelligence firm.
Gil began her career as an Intelligence Officer at the IDF’s elite intelligence Unit 8200, where she worked as a Product Manager.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Ben-Gurion University.
