Elad is a Business Development Manager at Team8, where he leads business development initiatives and forges strategic partnerships to help entrepreneurs co-found transformative fintech companies. Prior to joining Team8, Elad was the Business Operations Lead at Planck, a Team8 portfolio company, where he managed business operations, enhanced efficiency, and implemented strategic business processes.
His expertise extends to project management, having developed a decision support system for decision-makers during the COVID-19 crises as part of his role at Reichman University, and co-founded Glovit, an innovative social venture that developed communication solutions for the hearing impaired.
Elad holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University.
