Before joining Team8, Alex was an associate in the International Corporate and Securities Department of Goldfarb Seligman, one of Israel’s largest law firms.
Alex specializes in providing legal advice to start-ups, investors and technology companies in corporate and securities matters, including diverse financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and labor matters.
Alex holds an LL.B and an LL.M in Commercial Law (both Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. During her studies, she worked as a pre-intern in SuperCom (NASDAQ:SPCB), focusing on commercial and procurement law, and also served as a teaching assistant.
Prior to her academic studies, Alex served in the IDF as part of the human resources branch of Unit 8200.
Alex is a certified lawyer and a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
