What You’ll Do:
- Own the pre-sales process for assigned accounts, aligning solutions with client needs.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for high-value clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Develop trust-based client relationships, acting as their advocate within Nagomi Security.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing potential churn.
- Conduct business reviews and check-ins to showcase value and align on goals.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand solution adoption.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product enhancements.
- Craft and execute customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead strategic account planning, driving measurable client outcomes.
- Act as a trusted expert on Nagomi Security’s solutions, guiding clients on best practices.
