We are seeking brilliant engineers to join our team. As a Backend & Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and data flows of our various products. This is an early-stage opportunity where you will have a major impact on decision-making and contribute to the company’s success.

Your role will include:

  • Working across the entire development life cycle to architect, build, test, deploy and support high-quality and reliable large-scale services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including full-stack engineers, product managers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Continuously delivering small, high-quality changes to production
  • Identifying potential improvements in our team processes and workflows and driving the changes needed to address them
  • Supporting and growing the other engineers in your team through pairing, feedback, and mentoring
  • Designing & building complex data flows, providing data services for the entire company

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications in large-scale SaaS products.
  • 2+ years of experience with Node.JS programming language, developing high-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of micro services ecosystem, including async processes and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in data engineering & cloud orchestration flows
  • Experience with a variety of database technologies
  • Excellent communication and a great team member. Work daily with our product, and the rest of the engineering team to make things work.
