We are seeking a brilliant, curious, and creative Technical Product Manager to take our conceptual enterprise identity Fabric prototype to the next stage. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product by leading efforts from MVP to successful delivery while continuing to maximize business results.
What will you be doing?
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design and enhance the overall user experience.
- Translate product Requirements into intuitive user flows, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Foster a collaborative environment to align design efforts with product development and front-end implementation.
Design System Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Continuously iterate on the design system to adapt to evolving product needs and user feedback.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to ensure designs meet user needs and improve the overall user experience.
Design Language Creation:
- Develop a cohesive design language that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
- Ensure the design language is consistently applied across all user interfaces and interactions.
User Flow and Requirement Translation:
- Research and analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
