Sygnia is searching for an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally between Sales, Delivery and Marketing to ensure that we effectively communicate the current and future value of Sygnia professional services to different personas through the client’s journey.

You will lead the translation of our capabilities into impactful solutions marketing content and materials, both at the solution and thought leadership level. You will develop services positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and technical understanding. This is hands-on role, ideal for marketers who are passionate about cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

· Develop deep expertise on our services and solutions portfolio, to effectively tell our story across all available channels.

· Craft compelling messages and value propositions for our services that will resonate with target audiences.

· Own and lead go-to-market solutions marketing for our services, including working with cross-functional teams to design, plan and execute a go-to-market plan in that delivers tangible, measurable outcomes.

· Develop audience-specific security content and communications and go-to-market materials for security initiatives, including data sheets, case studies, presentations, videos and web content as well as thought leadership assets such as videos, blogs, and more to execute marketing objectives across all phases of the buyer’s journey.

·  Work with internal campaigns team to develop the strategy and content to support integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. Be proactive in recognizing where the business may need marketing support and identify how we can address those needs.

· Conduct ongoing competitive analyses along with market and customer research.

· Collaborate with PR and analyst relations team.

Requirements:

· 5+ year of experience in a similar position at a B2B Cyber security company, ideally with professional services experience.

· Hands-on experience delivering high-quality marketing materials with a creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.

· Strong writing skills are essential – must be able to create a wide range of marketing content from scratch (presentations, white papers, datasheets, brochures, etc.).

· Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business level audiences in a compelling and differentiating manner.

· Experience working with and training sales teams to communicate value to Sygnia’s clients.

· Passionate, self-starter with strong critical thinking and a can-do attitude.

· Demonstrated track record of working well and thriving in a remote, multi-cultural organization

· Team player who can build strong relationships with peers and thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assist in other marketing, sales support, and company activities as needed.

· Great public speaker – an advantage.
