Why we’re looking for you: 

As our company continues to expand, we are looking for our first in-house RevOps professional. You will be the modeling master of the top line and other models. 

As Senior Revenue Operations Analyst you will: 

  • ARR Forecasting:
  • Lead the development and ongoing refinement of top-line (ARR) forecasts and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets and forecast accuracy as well as reporting on forecast variances and trends to leadership.
  • Commission Planning:
  • Assist in the design and implement the commission structures for all quota carriers and support ongoing adjustments to commission plans in response to business objectives and new quota carriers
  • Sales Forecasting Support:
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to assist with weekly sales forecast reviews and actual performance tracking including analyzing sales performance data, pipeline coverage, and trends to improve forecast accuracy. 
  • Pricing Modeling:
  • Build and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions related to product pricing and conduct data-driven analysis on pricing scenarios, competitive pricing, and customer demand elasticity.
  • Additional responsibilities such as implementation of forecasting tool, data accuracy in the CRM and more.

You skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in pricing strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English at a native or near-native level.
