We’re looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to take a significant role in the development of a highly robust, multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS platform.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Akeyless, you will be part of a small and high-performing team, developing a SaaS platform that provides technical solutions for DevOps.

This role includes working in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), developing in microservices architecture with Golang. You will work in a dynamic and agile environment with the most cutting-edge technologies.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go / Java / C# / etc.
  • Proven experience in rule development for XDR or similar platforms, with a specific focus on leveraging cloud data sources
  • Experience with any of the major clouds AWS, GCP or Azure, as well as Kubernetes & Docker
  • Experience with Linux
  • Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities
  • Plans & executes independently as well as acting as a strong team player
  • Passionate about innovation and creation


  • Experience with the following technologies: Big Data, *SPM, CNAPP, CDR, Secrets Scanning, Machine Learning and AI
  • Prior experience in deploying and maintaining a high scale, multi-region production-grade backend system and/or RESTful API
  • Experienced in B2B Cyber Security / Cloud Security / Identity & Access Management / Encryption Keys Management – Advantage
