About The Position
IONIX is seeking an experienced Security Researcher to join our CTO team. As a Security Researcher, you will play a crucial role in researching, building, and enhancing our cutting-edge technology to address the evolving cybersecurity challenges faced by the world’s largest enterprises.
Position Location: Tel Aviv, Israel.
What will you do?
- Research, develop, and implement new capabilities in our leading Attack Surface and Threat Exposure solution.
- Drive innovation by conceptualizing and implementing ideas to enhance Ionix technology.
- Collaborate with global enterprises as design partners to understand their security needs and design solutions accordingly.
- Take ownership of key projects, addressing security and scalability challenges.
- Work closely with engineering and business leads to define milestones and deliverables in short time frames.
- Stay abreast of the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve Ionix’s platform.
Experience and Skills:
- Ambitious, responsible, and creative – being able to think out of the box and bring your own ideas.
- +8 years of experience in software development or security research.
- +4 years of experience in Application Security, Attack Surface, or Cloud Security.
- Deep knowledge and proven experience with Python/Go.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud-based systems and modern architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Microservices) is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
