Security Analyst

About The Position

Dig Security is seeking a full-time Security Research Analyst to join our growing team. As a Security Research Analyst, you will be responsible for researching new security threats, developing processes to evaluate and manage security risks, and recommending new solutions to address areas of security vulnerability. You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of current security threats and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on emerging security threats and design methodologies to mitigate and manage cloud security risks.
• Analyze data and generate reports on cloud security-related issues
• Develop and recommend new solutions to address areas of security vulnerability
• Provide technical remediation guidance to clients and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in security threats and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree/ 3rd year Student in Computer Science or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Coding capabilities – Must! (Knowledge in Python- Big advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with cloud service providers (AWS/GCP/ Azure)- An advantage
• Experience Cyber security field- Advantage
