What are we looking for?

We are looking for a problem-solver at heart with a lot of passion for AI and data challenges. A person who will own initiatives and be a part of building the core product of Planck.

As a Prompt Engineer, you will face complex problems and deconstruct them into their key components, craft effective prompts for AI models, and deduce insights that will push our product to the next level. You will learn and implement best practices with different LLM models, yet also need to implement out-of-the-box thinking at times they don’t work.

You will be in charge of designing and optimizing prompts for large language models using our internal tools—from dataset creation, through error analysis, to testing and refining—while working closely with product, data science, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

What should you have?

  • Familiarity with common-used Large Language Models, such as GPT and Gemini
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, AI, or product research (or any adjacent field) 
  • Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, notebooks)
  • Strong analytical skills, statistical thinking, and a passion for solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent self-learning skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment – An Advantage
  • Version control experience (Git) – An Advantage
