About The Position

Harmonya is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to oversee and manage our customer engagements around data deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer deliveries happen on time and with high quality both today and in the future. This role involves close collaboration with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success (CS), R&D, and Operations teams to execute and improve delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Deliveries: Oversee the entire delivery process for customer engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. This includes data deliveries and onboarding customers onto Harmonya’s SaaS platform. Lead the process from early-stage G2M alignment with customers through to production deployments and data handover.
  • Manage R&D and Ops execution: Manage the agile work required to onboard customers and provide them with a best-in-class experience. Constantly identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with AEs and CS to understand customer needs and enhance communication strategies. Collaborate with R&D and Ops teams, particularly DataOps and Data QA, to execute successful deliveries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest improvements. Drive changes in collaboration with Product and other functions.
  • Future Planning: Develop processes to understand mid and long-term customer engagements. Ensure resources are allocated appropriately and manage plans to meet future demands.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on delivery status, challenges, and improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in delivery management, R&D project management, or a similar role, preferably in a data-centric environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with clients or customer success.
  • Experience working directly with R&D and Product teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of data-heavy operations and complex data flows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
