Port is seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team; the role will be centered around content production around product marketing stories.. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and impactful content that tells stories about platform engineering, and the people, process and technology changes it brings about, by making the developer experience better. A love of smart and snappy copy can be a great addition to the role. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a product and content marketing to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
– Create high-quality, compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
– Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce authoritative and informative content.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content.
– Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
– Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and the industry.
– – Proven experience as a Product/Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
– Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
– Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
– Excellent project management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with graphic design and basic video editing.
– Familiarity with social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
