About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated product manager to lead one of our product teams and own an end-to-end product domain and user journey.

At Port, the product team directly impacts the company’s growth, as together with their team, the product managers are defining the future of the product.

What will you be doing?

  • Together with your team of engineers and product designers, you will own an end-to-end user persona journey through ideation, execution, and launch of new features and capabilities.
  • Establish a shared vision across the company by defining the product roadmap for your areas of responsibility and communicating it.
  • Perform market/user research and gather feedback to discover insights that can affect the product roadmap.
  • Meet regularly with product & RND leadership to plan upcoming sprints.
  • Track user behavior and your team’s key KPIs using BI tools such as Mixpanel.
  • Write product specifications for new features considering edge cases and product vision.
  • Create user flows/wireframes, gather feedback, and work closely with designers to turn the successful ones into amazing-looking screens.
  • Communicate product updates and future plans inside the company and to our users.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of product management experience with a proven track record in delivering impactful products.
  • You have a strong technical orientation, and you can understand complex technical concepts and technologies.
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design.
  • You are a great communicator. You know how to explain product decisions rationally and inspire your team.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working with both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
  • Previous experience with product-led companies and self-service products – advantage.
  • Previous experience as a developer or a DevOps engineer – advantage.
