About The Position

Product Designer 

Fundguard is looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join the product team.

As a product designer you’ll take full responsibility for the product design process and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers to turn complex problems into innovative and intuitive designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.
• Map all possible scenarios and create product flows.
• Participate in user research and testing (A-B) to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and software developers.
• Create pixel perfect designs, mockups, and prototypes.
• Act as the user advocate – locate pain points and how to improve them.
• Ability to design and maintain a design system with smart and effective components, and keeping it consistent.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in designing flows, UX and UI for web products, preferably B2B2E SaaS products.
• Experience in solving problems for complex interfaces in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience in collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Find and identify system UI/UX issues and offer the best professional but simple solution.
• Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.
• Extensive experience with Figma.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• A  high level of verbal and written English.
• Experience in designing high scale finance products  – advantage.
