This position is well-suited for a results-driven individual with a passion sales. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will assume responsibility for taking sales initiatives, achieving annual quotas for new and expanding business, and managing existing accounts. This hands-on role requires proactive engagement in all aspects of sales activities, from prospecting, lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Director:

  • Serve as a quota-carrying seller, overseeing existing and new accounts, 
  • Strive to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Implement sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline. (prospecting)
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification, initial contact, contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
