Why we’re looking for you: 

As our company continues to expand we are looking for the first in-house legal.

You have to be a superhero commercial legal and the go-to person for any other legal matters in the company. 

As Legal Counsel you will: 

  • Lead and oversee all commercial legal matters at Port Worldwide
  • Manage and monitor the entire lifecycle of our contracts, from creation through signing to archiving.
  • Draft and maintain the company’s commercial legal templates, including MSAs, EULAs, and other essential documents.
  • Develop strategies for commercial negotiations to minimize risk, reduce friction with customers, and shorten the time to finalize agreements.
  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements across various legal fields, including procurement, HR and consulting.
  • Collaborate with different departments across the company on diverse legal issues.
  • Handle ongoing legal matters globally.
  • Provide general corporate legal advice as needed.

You skillset:

  • 6+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer, particularly in the B2B tech product space.
  • Strong corporate legal background.
  • Experience working within or with the high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of working with multinational, global companies.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively, also within U.S. time zones.
  • Fluent in English at a native or near-native level.
