We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team and take full ownership of HR processes with the Tech business units in Israel. You will work closely with our teams by building close relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for both employees and people managers, and providing professional support to all levels to achieve Claroty’s goals. In this role, you’ll report to the Regional HR Director.

Requirements:
  • Building high-trust and impactful relationships with employees and management
  • Support process workflows: on-boarding and off-boarding, promotions, performance appraisals, key talent development, and more
  • Managing employee relations, including labor law compliance
  • Ongoing support of the development and growth programs for dedicated BU through leadership, coaching, and team-building activities
  • Key strategic HR Processes and procedures, development and implementation
  • Working closely with the Global HR Headquarter; implementing global HR programs and policies in the region
  • Supporting Recruiting processes and HR interviews as needed
