We’re seeking a results-driven Director of Revenue Marketing to lead our demand generation efforts and scale impactful marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape strategies that ignite growth and engagement, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and drive alignment between sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, SEO/SEM, content syndication, in-person events etc., to drive qualified contacts and build pipeline.
- ABM Strategy: Create and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key accounts, collaborating closely with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead Management & Nurturing: Oversee the lead funnel, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales. Work with sales to refine MQL definitions, lead scoring, and conversion strategies.
- Sales Alignment & Handoff: Partner with sales teams for efficient MQL handoff, establish SLAs for lead response, and regularly assess pipeline performance to optimize strategies.
- Events & Conferences: Lead marketing efforts for virtual and in-person “revenue” events, including regional/vertical/field events, webinars, and company-hosted events
- Partner Marketing: Manage co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, aligning on messaging, goals, and joint activities to build pipeline through partner channels.
- Marketing Automation & Tools: Oversee the demand gen tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), leveraging tools for automation, reporting, and analytics.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to amplify content that fuels demand generation campaigns.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs across marketing efforts, including lead volume, cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and overall marketing ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI, identifying opportunities to invest further in high-performing channels.
- Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate contractors to support execution efforts as needed.
- Optimization & Growth: Continuously test, refine, and scale campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing to drive pipeline growth.
