The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing, planning, launching and analyzing customer acquisition programs to drive growth for the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a deep skilled digital, multi-channel marketer, and a results-driven leader capable of driving our marketing efforts to meet and exceed quarterly business objectives. The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Multi-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute a robust multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve quarterly business goals. Leverage insights and data analytics to continuously refine and optimize campaign performance across all channels.
  • Continuous Optimization: Lead continuous optimizations of creative content, messaging, channels, and landing pages to meet or exceed performance targets. Employ A/B testing and other data-driven techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Ensure digital marketing strategies are innovative, competitive, and in alignment with our brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Marketing and Revenue Operations: Work closely with Revenue Operations to align sales and marketing goals as well as with Marketing Operations functions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support marketing strategy implementation. Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Marketing Database Segmentation and Persona Development: Take full ownership of the marketing database, including segmentation, persona development, and the implementation of a governance model that complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. Ensure our marketing efforts are highly targeted and compliant.
  • Target Account List Definition: Utilize both 1st and 3rd party intent signals to continually identify and refine the target account list, aligning marketing strategies with business and sales goals to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Lead Scoring Model: Design and implement a comprehensive lead scoring model to effectively prioritize leads and enhance the sales funnel. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.
  • Measurement Framework and Dashboards: Define and implement a robust measurement framework to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep, hands-on skills with 6sense and Hubpsot
  • Digital experience with Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns, Brighttalk and Rollworks. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Salary range: $150K – $180K
