We’re looking for our next Customer Success leader in EMEA and are in search of a Technical Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and value realization with our Corporate and Enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales team to understand the needs of engaged customers, define implementation plans and Success Criteria, help the company identify growth opportunities, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • Full ownership of the customer’s onboarding, adoption, and value-realization processes.
  • Managing the complete customer lifecycle with an emphasis on renewal and growth.
  • Proactively identify risk factors and act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Technical assistance and availability for the entire EMEA region.
  • Become a FinOps trusted advisor with customers by providing tailored recommendations.
  • Provide input directly to the Product team in order to build a better product
