We’re looking for a phenomenal Customer Success Manager who can help our valued customers achieve maximum value from our product and their partnership with Medigate.

*** The position requires the availability to work Pacific/Mountain timezone working hours ***

Requirements:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Professionally and efficiently plan, execute, and support the delivery aspects of an IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) cyber defense product.
  • Act as the main point of contact for every technical engagement with existing customers, responsible for the technical health of the customer.
  • Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our top customers and build their loyalty towards Medigate by Claroty, from the onboarding stage, and throughout the customer journey
  • Get the customers’ feedback and represent their voice within the organization to improve our products and address customers’ business needs
  • Take accountability for the success of Medigate by Claroty’s customers, their satisfaction, and the value they get from our products by taking their perspective and business needs as first priority
  • Communicate effectively within the Customer Success team and across other departments such as Support, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Suggest and communicate internally new products or services that would solve strategic customers’ needs, and introduce new solutions to customers to increase their usage of Medigate by Claroty’s product
