This role will specialize in operations across the Asia Pacific (APJ) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.

Requirements:

As a Commission Analyst, Your impact will be:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of commissions in Spiff, ensuring that payments are accurate and timely.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any calculation or data-related errors within Spiff.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team.
  • Configuring, testing, and providing support for activities related to changes in plan, quota, and policies.
  • Overseeing territory splits, draws, MBOs, bonuses, and incentive payments as a part of the payment administration responsibilities.
  • Preparing monthly commission reports and maintaining tracking for commission and sales attainment.
  • Generating, validating, and auditing monthly bookings to ensure accurate commission crediting and payout results.
  • Continually seeking process improvements, documenting procedures that lead to better efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintaining a robust, clean data foundation that accurately captures information required to support our sales strategy.
