Requirements:

As a Campaign Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns—including field marketing, email, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), search, and paid advertising—with a focus on lead generation and accelerating pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the Marketing & Sales teams to create impactful, cohesive campaigns and programs that align with shared goals.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, demonstrating the impact on pipeline and revenue growth, with insights for continuous improvement.
  • Third-Party Programs: Collaborate with external partners to craft and implement lead generation plans that effectively target the top, middle, and bottom funnel stages.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Optimization: Leverage data to make strategic adjustments to campaigns and programmes to constantly improve and drive ROI.
  • Webinar Program: Lead the global webinar programmes, producing high-quality content in English and relevant local languages to support global Field Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Localized Campaign Tailoring: Customize campaigns for specific regions or customer segments, ensuring that messaging resonates with each local market.
  • Customer Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns focused on customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling customer opportunities
