We are currently in search of a talented Business Applications Manager to lead our team responsible for the company’s core business application systems, focusing on financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial projects within a global SaaS organization. The chosen candidate will not only steer cross-department business applications projects but also undertake a crucial PMO Project Management role within the organization, leading the planning, design, and execution stages.

Requirements:
  • Lead the core business applications team, supervising the implementation, support, and performance of these systems.
  • Fill a vital PMO Project Management role, responsible for guiding, planning, designing, and executing cross-departmental projects involving business applications.
  • Take charge of a range of business applications including, but not limited to, our ERP system (NetSuite), iPaaS tools like Make.com, Monday, Atlassian Suite, BI, and more.
  • Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and optimize business application functionality accordingly.
  • Maintain relationships with various vendors and service providers.
  • Develop strategies and execute plans for improving or leveraging existing systems.
  • Ensure systems security and integrity at all times.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and foster a productive and motivating work environment.

Hands-On Responsibilities

  • Directly configure and customize NetSuite and other financial systems to meet business needs.
  • Perform hands-on integration tasks using iPaaS tools such as Make.com.
  • Administer and configure Monday, Atlassian Suite, etc. with organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in real-time, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes are thoroughly vetted before deployment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Train team members and end-users on new functionalities and system updates.
  • Actively participate in data migration and system upgrade projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
