About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with healthcare organizations across Israel, and potentially abroad. You will ensure seamless transitions from sales to operational implementation and build long-term strategic partnerships that drive value for both Briya and our partners.

Job responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions post-sales, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Onboarding Oversight: Stay informed during the technical onboarding and system implementation processes managed by the Tech Ops department to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for healthcare partners to maximize the adoption and utilization of Briya’s tools and solutions.
  • Data Collaboration Development: Identify lucrative data commercial opportunities for the partners on Briya network, and collaborate with Research Managers and Data Analysts from the Delivery Department to promote and execute commercial opportunities for data collaborations with life sciences.
  • Technical Support Oversight: Provide high-quality assistance to the clients and monitor and manage client tickets and requests, ensuring the support teams meets service standards and handle issues promptly.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on long-term client success and value creation, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the company’s products or services, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell Briya’s internal tools and services, and promote the expansion of integrations to additional systems within client organizations.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate various collaborative technical projects with healthcare organizations, working closely with internal and client teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, data management, and technology implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, managing technical projects, and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and understand technical processes.
