We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various regions, and building a diverse and skilled workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Beyond talent acquisition, this role will also include HR operational tasks, such as onboarding new employees, supporting the integration of new hires, and assisting with other HR initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to both recruitment and HR processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to hiring, for global positions across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through various platforms and networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and strong integration into the company.
  • Assist with operational HR tasks, such as employee documentation, HR reporting, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and practices in line with local and global requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools for sourcing international talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
