We are seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to join our Recruitment team and support our global hiring efforts. In this role at Port, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive the organization’s growth and success.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from launching roles with hiring managers to building pipelines and guiding candidates through a structured interview process, culminating in offer negotiation and securing hires.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and implement consistent processes that attract the right talent aligned with Port’s business needs.
  • Prioritize a high-quality candidate experience, treating each applicant—whether referred, sourced, or inbound—with equal care and attention.
  • Leverage creativity to develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns that attract top talent and differentiate our employer brand in a competitive market.
  • Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams, celebrating successes and quickly addressing areas that need improvement or adjustments.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-learner, results-oriented, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
