About The Position

As a Senior Backend Engineer focused on data and data science

you will play a pivotal role in building the foundations of our next-generation core products. You will be an essential part of the team developing advanced recommendation system, clinical assessment tools, and sophisticated reports. You will pioneer the integration of proprietary motion data with advanced AI capabilities, creating impactful solutions for health providers and their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services that power advanced recommendation systems and clinical assessment tools.
• Work closely with data scientists to integrate AI and machine learning models into our backend infrastructure.
• Design and implement data pipelines and storage solutions to handle large volumes of motion data.
• Create advanced reporting tools that provide valuable insights for health providers and patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and improvements.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend services.
• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and automation.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in backend engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing complex and scalable architectures.
• Expertise in Python (Advantage -Flask, SQLAlchemy, and MySQL/Postgresql).
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on data and data science.
• Strong experience with libraries such as Numpy and pandas.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for working with data.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
