Oron is Team8’s FP&A Manager.
Before joining Team8, Oron worked as a manager at Ernst & Young Strategy and Transactions department, where he led financial and accounting due diligence processes for leading VC’s, PE’s and strategic corporate buyers in cross-border M&A and investment transactions.
Prior to Ernst & Young, Oron worked at Meitar | Law Offices, one of Israel’s largest law firms, where he advised venture capital funds and provided ongoing legal consultation to tech companies, with a focus on M&A and investment transactions.
Oron also serves as a lecturer at Reichman University’s entrepreneurship school.
Oron holds an M.A. in Financial Economics, a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting), and an L.L.B. in Law, all from Reichman University.
Oron is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Advocate in Israel.
