We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic Operations team and play a key role in ensuring a successful customer life cycle. In this role, you will be a part of the technical customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless connectivity and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. You will troubleshoot data and technical issues, assist the Ops team with real-time problem-solving, and collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams.
