About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our R&D team, focusing on analyzing critical data to optimize the product functionality and customer experience.Your role will include:

• Building and applying an E2E code and application analysis process for the analysts’ team and customer support operation.
• Continuous process improvements and KPIs measuring.
• Continuous collaboration with the research and engineering teams.
• Communication with customers.
• Working, instructing, and assisting in scaling customer support operations and professional services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a senior code/security/network/TI analyst.
• 2+ years experience as a technical team lead.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Python, .NET, and Java.
• Experience with leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in process management and optimization.
• Experience in working with support teams and customers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, work under pressure, and handle urgent incidents.
• Self-learning individual with problem-solving skills while acting as a team player.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
