Noam Mills is a Co-Founder and CEO of Panax. Previously, she served as VP of Finance at Mixtiles where she experienced first hand the challenges of cash flow management at fast-growing companies. Before Mixtiles, Noam worked with Niv (Panax’s CBO and Co-Founder) at FIMI, a leading PE fund. At FIMI, Noam and Niv saw the immense need for treasury automation at the fund’s portfolio companies. Noam started her career at The Boston Consulting Group, working on strategic projects across various industries. Noam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University. She’s an Olympic athlete and represented Israel in the fencing event at the 2008 Olympic Games.
