Stephan is Co-Founder and CPO of Act Security. He was the first non-R&D hire at Medigate, where he built the technical go-to-market function from the ground up, serving as VP of Presales Engineering and later VP of Business Development through Claroty’s ~$400M acquisition of the company. At Claroty, he went on to lead strategy, business development and technology alliances. Earlier, Stephan was a software engineer at Google and a Lead Tech Intelligence Researcher in the Israeli Defense Intelligence Corps, where he earned the Israel Defense Prize. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
