Shachar brings over 25 years of experience in strategy, cyber, research, and business leadership in government and the private sector. He founded Sygnia in 2015. Shachar holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and Master’s degrees from Harvard University and from Bar Ilan University (summa cum laude). He often speaks to executive managements and professional forums on the challenges and opportunities of cyber.
