Noam Issachar is the Co-Founder and CBO of Jazz, where he leads GTM growth, business development, sales engineering, and customer success. He shapes how Jazz’s product and technology deliver customer value, driving growth through disciplined execution and deep customer relationships.

Previously, Noam was a Founding Engineer at Oligo Security, where he led research and engineering from inception to production while supporting product and GTM efforts. Before that, he joined Axonius as a Senior Solutions Architect, working closely with large enterprises, product, and R&D leaders to deploy and scale a category-defining security platform.

With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, Noam operates at the intersection of business and technology, turning deep security innovation into product, strategy, and market impact. Earlier in his career, he served in the elite Unit 81 of the IDF Intelligence Corps, leading mission-critical engineering and research initiatives.
