Jake is the Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer of Jazz, where he defines and executes the company’s AI vision from research to production. He designs and builds the bleeding-edge agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and full-stack AI pipelines that power Jazz’s next-generation approach to data protection. Beyond core R&D, he leads innovation initiatives to incubate new product capabilities and develops the company’s unique AI-native operating system and tooling to accelerate GTM execution.

Previously, Jake founded and led a high-performance algorithmic trading company, building research-to-production systems where speed, reliability, and precision were mission-critical.

Jake is an alumnus of the elite ARAM cyber program, after which he served as a cyber team leader in the IDF’s elite Unit 81, overseeing mission-critical operational throughput and success. He managed full-lifecycle delivery of critical, innovative capabilities, from vulnerability research to operational breakthroughs. He is a recipient of multiple top national awards, including two-time awardee of the prestigious Israel Defense Prize as well as two-time awardee of the Head of IDF’s Intelligence Directorate Award for Creative Thinking.
