Ayala is a Business Operations Manager supporting Team8 Fintech.

Before joining Team8, Ayala spent three years at Payoneer. Her most recent role was Strategy & Operations Manager in the Chief of Staff Office, where she led global cross-functional strategic initiatives and high-impact projects. Before that, Ayala served as a Business Operations Process Manager, driving scalable process design, operational efficiency, and customer-journey improvements for high-value clients.

Prior to Payoneer, Ayala was a Senior Consultant at TASC. In this role, she led projects focused on organizational structures and the development of strategic KPIs and execution plans.

Ayala’s earlier experience includes working at the Microsoft Israel R&D Center, in the Tech7-Starter entrepreneurship club, and serving as an Intelligence Officer (Lieutenant) in the IDF.

Ayala holds an MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE), where her research focused on social meaning within the private sector. She also holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University.
