*** This is a part-time student position requiring 9 working hours per week at our Tel Aviv office. ***

Requirements:

As a Paralegal, your impact will be:

• Drive operational efficiency across the global Legal team by optimizing legal software tools and managing core administrative workflows.
• Facilitate smooth execution of global corporate and commercial transactions through precise documentation review, cross-functional coordination, and proactive project support.
• Maintain and structure the company’s legal resource databases and corporate governance records to ensure compliance and easy access to critical legal knowledge.
• Integrate modern AI solutions into day-to-day workflows to improve operational output, speed, and efficiency.
